Enterprise Architecture Leader

Job Description:

• Providing guidance and support to teams and business partners, promoting a customer-centric approach and effective consulting service delivery.
• Enabling teams to develop and strengthen skills and abilities. This, in turn, helps the team achieve their objectives, manage challenges in the workplace, establish good governance, and contribute to organizational growth more effectively.
• Develop and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture, including its business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.
• Align the enterprise architecture with the organization's business strategy and goals.
• Design and implement new technology and solutions.
• Ensure that the IT infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Keep up with the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any related fields i.e. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience of IT Architect-related roles in large-scale projects in Banking/Financial and Energy industries.
• 3-5 years' experience of defining and documenting (HL and detailed) technical enterprise-scale architectures involving applications, data, and technology.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of common architecture models such as TOGAF, IT governance, key architecture governance models, underlying tools, and supporting processes (e.g. architecture approval, architecture change control, architecture's role in project and standards oversight), IT Development and operations methods (e.g. SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps), security and compliance models.
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms and understanding of scaling, provisioning, elasticity, storage and networking.
• Demonstrable experience of working on digital transformation projects involving a wide array of digital technologies, (i.e. eCommerce, Portals, Content Management platforms, Omni-Channel and Multi-device solutions)
• Experience participating in all aspects of large-scale IT implementation projects including planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, production, and ongoing operational support and maintenance.
• Experience with a variety of data and AI technologies and platforms.
• Good judgment within broadly defined practices in obtaining desired results, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
