Senior Stakeholder Analysis (Hybrid Workplace)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Study and understand the client’s business processes including their effect on data and reporting, and applies the knowledge gained in designing data and reports.
- Manage assigned projects effectively, be able to deliver work to customer as targeted both in terms of scope, deadline and budget, as well as being able to create values that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Evaluate business performance, strategic, action, and integrated plans for the public sector.
- Develop and presentation, analyses, and reports to support business functions.
- Manage and reports to the relevant teams, providing support on the usage of these tools.
- Follow up and evaluate the performance regularly and continuously improve the operation.
คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงาน
- MBA or Master’s degree in Management, Science, Economics, Engineering, MIS, or related research fields, preferably with a substantial research component. Applicants with a Master’s degree or higher will be given priority consideration.
- Experience in consulting business or in business research or research assistance in an academic institution or Management consultant such as Organization / Project Evaluation or Survey is a plus.
- Experience related to Innovation Management, Stakeholder and Customer Management, Stakeholder Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Survey, research, statistics, and Data Analytics or analytical. Candidates do not need to have direct expertise in all areas; however, those with relevant or transferable experience that can be applied, adapted, or further developed in these areas—particularly in conducting research, data-driven analysis, redesigning processes, and improving workflows—are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft office and Analytic tools for Quantitative & Qualitative research
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with logical thinking / Data Analytics & Research
- Reliable and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Pleasant personality, well-organized
